After January 25, 2010 - Registration $70.00 + $20.00 Late fee per child.

Ages: 4 -18 yrs old.(Must be 4 yrs old before 12/31/2009.)
Registration can be done by: mail, online or walk-in's.
IMPORTANT: Only one COPY of Birth Certificate is required for New Player.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When does the season start?
A: Last weekend in August for Fall Season and the last weekend in Feburary for Spring Season.

Q: When should I be hearing from my coach?
A: 2 to 3 weeks before season starts.  If you have not heard from your coach by then call 817-298-1668 or email Sheila Mize at coaches@emsasoccer.org .

Q: How many games are in a season?
A: There are at least 8 games per season.

Q: What does my registration fee cover?
A: Trophy and/or award; jersey, shorts, & socks; referee fees; field fees; insurance.

Q: What will I need to purchase separately?
A: Shin guards, appropriate size ball, water bottle, & cleats.

Q: When are games held?
A: Saturdays unless there is no other option but a weekday or a Sunday for a make up game.

Q: What is your refund policy?
A: A 100% refund can be granted if requested with-in 7 days of registration ending or if the child can not be placed on a team after open draw.A 50% refund will be granted if it is requested from the day after registration ends until the season starts (see EMSA website calendar for start date). No refund will be granted after the season starts.***Extenuating circumstances i.e. moving out of the area, broken limb, etc. should be directed to the registrar for review.***

Q: When are practices held?
A: EMSA recommends a maximum of three events per week (1 game , 2 practices or 2 games, 1 practice). Practice location, times, and dates are at the coaches discretion.
